interested , can you explain how you get the content , how do we manage the content , is all traffic from organic rankings? if so , do you know where you are ranking well? and is the only source of income adsense?

The traffic comes from search engines, the site has a control panel that manages the content. If you click on the second screenshot i attached you will see where the traffic comes from as well as the revenue ( 3rd pic )
