TalkThemes.com is an established forum/CMS theme design community. The forum is mostly centered around the popular forum software, nuke portals, and wordpress. The site is only one month old but already has almost 200 members, over 100 threads and 600 posts. 5-6 new members register on the boards daily and activity is growing.
We already have a database of free and commercial themes, articles, and skinning tutorials. Buyer will retain all of this content.
I am the only moderator and wouldn't mind staying to help moderate the forums and keep them growing.

Revenue Details:
All revenue is earned through private ad sales. For the first week that the site was up I gave some banner ads as exchanges to get some publicity to the forum.
Since launch there have been two top banner sales (one of which has a little bit of time left on it) and one special arrangement where I sold a top banner for ~50% off ($7.50).
Traffic Details:
The large burst in traffic after launch was from posting on various design forums. Since then the traffic has been steady and consistent from repeat visitors and newcomers stumbling on the launch posts.
