Has an extremely well done CMS easy to update. Cartoons are either taken from the web (the ones free to use, with no copyright) or asked for permission to different cartoonist to add their cartoons on the page. Copyright Cartoons without permission are consider breaking the laws.

Have other sites to work on, + need the BG used by justfunnycartoons.com

WARNING: I went to look at this site and was overwhelmed with pop-ups and what appeared to be hidden downloads!

It would be wise if you advertise to sell your website you disable these, not very appealing to a potential buyer
