We run YPN and AdBrite Ads. But you can run Google if you chose. We made $127.37 last month (May) between those two sources. I think you could make with Google.

Very little time. And we have built lots of resources for administering the users. The entire site is built on MediaWiki Software and we have built lots on enhancements on that.
The content is developed by about 30 active writers who will be happy to continue writing.
