It's up from March-April 2006, registered at all major search engines.
Traffic was 190 uniques in May, 160 uniques in June so far (only 7 days)- proof attached.

The site is PHPizabi based and modded in multiple places. Have only a few members but a huge potential and a great Doman (two high ranked words with comma).

Site had been SEO-ed, registered at all major search engines and submitted to
houndreds of directories.

Selling as I want to start a new and different project.

What mods are instaled or change don the system?
Im runing a site with that script... so it will be more accurate fo rme to trow a offer if I know this.

Hi,
All security mods had been installed along with the live chat mod.
Also I have altered the registration process to have only 2 screens instead of the original 6 stepped screen.
Template and layout had been customized and SEO-ed to get a better SE ranking and also the TOC had been changed.
Other small stuff was changed but it's hard to me to recall all of it as I did not document the mods as I went along.

In general I spent weeks on moding and tuning the site to be SEO friendly and fast loading.
