Freekick Temple
This is a fansite of a popular expanding football management game : Freekick. The site is 2.5 months old. Because of some RL problems i cant run it anymore.
The site has a continuous growth (as the game itself) and is user driven, you should only provide technical support.
In May 2006 the site had 4000+ unique visitors and over 60,000 page views. The stats for the 1-5 June period show an average of 170 uniques per day.
I had runned Adsense (
3$ per month but i didnt focused on it) and traded myself advertising space (
20$ per month in the first month).
As a administrator you should provide technical support, you shouldnt spend more than 30 minutes per day with it, just create conditions for players to add their content.
Monthly cost : 1.5$ host (100mb, 5gb traffic, awesome host). Domain is payed 10 months in advance, hosting 2 months in advance. The sell includes domain and whole website as it is.
Reason for selling : personal problems that deny me the time needed to run the site. Otherwise i wont sell it because i enjoyit.
Transition Help : full support next 2 weeks, general help after, delphi program sources for all additional software used to automate some content administration.
The site doesnt have a newsletter but it can be added easily, the site has 120 members at this time.
The starting price (is a bidding) : 33.86$. BIN price is 400$. Payment : Moneybookers (preffered) or PayPal.

1. the domain name is bough for 1 year, it expires on 23 March 2007. This domain name will be transfered to you.
2. hosting is payed till 23 July 2006 and it's a great host for 2.5$ per month. All site assets will be transfered to you.
3. all site content and features will belong to the new owner along with the tools (programs) used to manage the features (like match database).

The site is growing continuosly since 23 March 2006 (launch date). At this moment it has around 150-250 uniques visitors per day, around 70% from Freekick players and 30% webmasters interested by our directory.

2. Site promotion
a) the site is no8 in Google when searching for Freekick
b) the site is ranked around 490,00 in Alexa.com, awesome for a 2 month old site :

c) the site has 10,000 results in Google, is parsed once at 2 days by google crawler
d) the site is submited to over 200 directories (back links arent available yet as the submision is recent and Google didnt updated the backlinks for some time)
e) the directory is submited to over 300 directories.
Also the new owner will receive technical support until he will master all the stuff in here (and its a lot of stuff ...).
1. Programs to manage the match database : automatic retrieval and insert of matches.
2. Help for learning how to manage the joomla backend interface (which is simple but if you are a total internet noob it will take a couple of days to figure it out).
3. Help to deal with the Freekick Temple directoy (which drives many visitors to the site which is good for exposure).
4. Help on how to make some extra cash by selling ads and google adsense. You can use the cash to give prizes (like i intended to do, to grow the site).
The site is awesome and has potential.
