[WANTED] PHP SCRIPT

hi all,

I want a script, I don't know if it is ready available or if it has to be custom made but it's basically a clone of http://answers.google.com with a few small changes.

How it will work:

-Member signs up for free, and each member is enabled to ask questions and also answer other peoples questions.

-Just like in Google Answers, when some one ask's a question they set a price on how much they thing the answer is worth. (75% goes to the researcher, the other 25% goes to me/the owner).

-Any member can answer a question that is posted to earn the 75%, however the moderators of the site (me and my employee's) will choose the most relevent and suitable answer/researcher to receive the 75%. This means that the 'researchers' post their answer but it is not viewable until it is approved by a moderator.
