I have recently aquired a transfer of an old educational site with a PR 7 but since I don't deal with selling educational material I am putting this site up for sale.

This was a popular articles / subscriptions site but the site owners moved it to a new location. All the old pages were removed (still cached by google and yahoo though) so we recenetly re-did the site's pages. All incoming link were built naturally over the years and most are from .edu's and .org's.

According to marketleap.com the site has 5000+ incoming links. Feel free to check for youself. It has aquired PR 7 a few years ago and has maintained it since then.

The best part about the site is that it's 8 years old. From what they tell me this is by itself is priceless.

I will do the transaction through escrow.com, please note that buyer is responsible for the 1% escrow fee.

I will start the bidding price at 15k.

As I understand it, the owners of the site were an educational program by the name of ERIC/EECE, they closed their services after 36 years and had no use for the site. I think they still have all their articles archived online somewhere though (incase you feel like restoring the site to its old school version lol)
