[WANTED]Search engine site/script

Im looking for a search engine website or script for sale that will allow users to upload their own sites to the search engine. I would then like an explaination of the site like on google that highlights key words or something similar. I would then like it to be set out on a new pace with all the resluts and like google and bar at the top to re-submit new searches.

I am willing to get a custom script done if someone can help me or i am willing for someone to install a free script onto my server and edit the script and layout to my specifications.

Someone has already suggested that but thanks anyway. Im really looking for someone would set it up and do a simple design for me, if not a actaull site.

I have decided that if anyone sets up a search engine using any script that works well, and makes some slight modifications to how i want and a simple design.
