32, 27 and 8 are all valid for Templates Are.Us

The 8 uniques was a result of the site being down by an error i caused.

It's a new site. I created a Turnkey and started to generate traffic.

The Revenue Isn't Great although Adsense is up and running

No, you don't have to worry about the templates, the templates are made and sold by other people, you just make money in the process.
