It all depends this site is basically a one time visit kind of site.
5. How does site generate income? Sell ICQadz software How much? Right now the software is selling @ $49.95. I just raised the price because it is selling well. You could probably go much higher then this.
6. Who develops content and how much time does it require? I developed the content which doen't require upgrading. The site may start requiring more time soon because I just built in an affiliate program. Maybe 5 - 10hrs a week at the most. Depends on how much promoting you do.
7. Reason for selling
I got a really cool site on the way and could use the extra money to back this new site up.
