Yes, PayPal. I am aware they don't protect electronic goods. It's the only way I have to pay. I already tried a dispute, it's been open then deferred, he's claiming they're holding the money.

I see Colortech, the owner 'I believe' of ezwebbuddy.com was online but failed to even respond to this thread.

He can see he was in the wrong, he sees everyone states to refund the money, he can see he had no right to sell a 'leased' version of Vbulletin among many things. Yet he could not even respond.?

I'm curious if there are any reviews for ezwebbuddy.com

Does he do good work, or does he con everyone out of money? Hey maybe ezwebbuddy.com is reputable, maybe you can trust ezwebbuddy.com. Who knows stranger things have happened, I wouldn't after seeing what this man is capable of.

He is in the wrong on so many levels, he lied and cheated, yet refuses to pay the money back. What a class act the owner of ezwebbuddy.com is.

ezbuddy should be avoided at all costs, he has no morals, no conscience. He deceives.

We all know **** well, he knew someone looking at the site would think those numbers were real. And this was his plan all along, that's why he won't give the money back.

He's an insult to the human race and should not even be here.

They were planning to move the forum there, I guess that's it. I couldn't find the forum part, that is it. Good question if he plans to run it. He tried to sell me that hunk of junk as well cause his so-called 5 y/o daughter has arthritis and he has to spend a lot of time in the hospital, he's nothing but a conman.

1. Always blaiming Colortech for bad emails and so on, and that he is a cheater and a stupid old man.. This is so imature to go personal and base this argue on things that can effect his reputation or even worse hurt him. Its not only thoose 2, i have seen some others in this topic refering Colortech as

5. Again, none of us have seen the mails, and none of us is going to see the mails..

Sitetruck the posts you quote were not made by either of us. He constantly ripped on MY age first, bringing up his age as experience. He opened himself up to the 'age' thing, he sent one email in particular talking about how I should be spanked, him being old, yadda, yadda, yadda. He is the one who continued to make age an issue NOT either of us.

Threatening to post emails showing somone lied is not illegal. If it was then I guess all those news reports I watch on a nightly basis showing conmen being busted with lies in their emails are illegal hey?

A domain also has many meanings, it's obvious by how he sold it the 'domain' was the site. He is now using it as a fall back argument, if that was the case then why did he send the data base at all if that was not inlcuded?

I really have no want or need to argue with you, however please have your facts straight first.

Arguing is not even the main purpose here, it is to inform of what type of a person this man is. I personally love knowing who I am dealing with online. The only way to know of someones reputation is to read reviews from others who have done business with them. How else do you suggest that be carried out?

You would prefer someone who lied simply get away with it, nobody to post in public what happened?

I have yet to post the crap he emailed me, it however is NOT illegal. If it were his only personal emails it would be one thing, it however was a discussion on a transaction between me and him. I also told him straight out he could not consider them private.

Please have your facts straight before posting....

There are dishonest members on pretty much every forum and the admin can't police everything. Having said that, once I become aware of a situation on WT I will take some sort of action by banning an account if appropriate.

I was trying to convince him to do the right thing in my post above. I wanted to see if he ended up doing the right thing and refunded the money first.

An immediate BAN isnt going to help you get your money back. I'll give him one last chance.
