What I saw and received are two different things. You knew ahead of time you'd use the "files in the buyers possession" as your crutch, really nice.

You can not deny the faked stats, to try and weasel your way out of it like you are doing is pathetic.

I will tell you Grim you are about the biggest Jerk I have ever seen!!! I did not sell the website for the post-users-etc.

The website was sold as is with nothing else. She thought there was 200 users there are 130. I do not know anything about the website except what I have said here. I do not run the website. I do not install things on the website! I do not do anything with the website.

I tell you one thing this sure has to be good for allot of visitors to your webhostingtalk forum. Why not just type in www.mybadhost.com and it will take you right to it.

Why are you not running adsense on your forum with this many users you could have just made $150 while bugging me all day.

This is what makes you a jerk!!! I am probably old enough to be your grandfather and a long ways from a con artists. I have owned two highly successful hosting companies and I work part time helping people sell their websites just for the fun of it.

I have nothing to do with fake statistics and have no need to lie about a website for $150 dollars.

After all the emails just like what you have posted have pissed me off. Maybe next time Colleen will contact the person directly rather than having you ruin things.

If I was to refund the money after the files have been delivered it would have been before you started emailing me even after I asked you to please stop emailing me.

$150 is not worth the time for me to have to sit there and read your emails. next time Colleen contact the person directly and do not have this idiot talk for you as he has ruined any communications with me.

When you emailed me I was responding to you but since this jerk has decided to spam me all day long I have had it.

I am not even considering anything after all the emails from you. The sale stands as is!! This is what the original post stated.

Next time treat someone with a little respect when you want something and maybe you will get it. I do not even know where you get that the site was sold for its users or whatever. The site was sold for the design-domain-vbulletin leased and this is exactly what was delivered.

Now have your last words so the admin can close the thread and others can have the top spot. next time do not email someone the way you did and better results will come out of it.

Colleen was doing just fine until you started....

Since you can't transfer the license to her, you screwed her out of that too. Looks like you messed up all the way around on this.

It's like me selling a computer with a 1TB hard drive (that's 1000 gigabytes in case your old age means you are technologically senile), and somebody buying it because they have a lot of files to store and need 1TB. Then after they buy it, they find out the hard drive is only 500GB and I LIED AND CHEATED THEM. Then I sit there, feeling safe behind my computer screen, DENYING THAT I LIED.

I don't get angry easily, but if you were unlucky enough to come close to me you would be grateful if you only spent a week in hospital.

A refund is all that is wanted here, I have yet to use the emails this guy sent. If you think he's in the wrong now you have not viewed anything yet, the emails are much, much worse.

ezwebbuddy.com is your site correct?

Do the right thing here and refund the money before this goes any further.
BTW I am not some kid like you think I am, I am not much younger than you, I do not rely on 'adsense' or crap for income. I have been self employed online for 10+ years, you are not the first scammer I have faced and I'm sure you will not be the last.

Do the right thing, save face, end it now and appologize issuing a refund. We can all walk away from this saying it was a misunderstanding..
