Oh and so now PayPal has the money, no, you're just a tight wad no morals thief. If you knew nothing about the site you had no right selling it. Anyone would assume looking at it that the stats are real and I DID view the members and the posts to see and it looked good enough!

It's like buying something at the store then getting it home and seeing it's actually broken!

I had to have the files to see! Now that I know, it's your duty to refund me!!!!!!!!!!!

Nobody said anything funny. I did not install or work on the forum at all. I do not know what was installed or what has been un installed as I do not run the website. I have not lied about anything. I sold the web site as is for what I paid into it a year ago or maybe longer.

The only way I know how many users there are was by logging into the admin today and seen 130 all with different Ip's and emails and five who had the same IP.

I will be sleeping just fine tonight as I did not do anything but sell what was described in the original post.

Yes I do have a right to sell it. Just because I do not know anything about it besides what I spent money on does not mean I can not sell it. Why did you not look over the forums? You can see the actual people who have posted versus the news feeds.

You have to run ip searches across users to find the same ones! There was 130 then I ran the search! Finding 3 members here, 5 members there using the same IP or registration IP!

The forum appealed to me because it had many posts and members. I felt it's worth the price to get that and would just put the files/skins aside as I don't need them, meaning, I have ended up with nothing because the base of your forum, ie; the database, wasn't what you expect of a real forum, it was rss feeds! I have nothing now but meaningless files.

That money is rightfully mine considering I have nothing now.

Refund the money and take the site back, what's so hard about that? Other than you know **** well it's not worth what you got for it.

It did NOT have 1000's of members, it had a couple hundred, that's all, and now it's even less.

You really know nothing about vbulletin do you? Of course the feeds count towards total posts! That's why I now have only 200 posts, cause I deleted all the feeds! All them were feeds but these 200!

I have emails stating the oppossite, you claimed it was there but 'off' you told C it was there forever.

Even if you did not know about it which I do not buy you should refund after the discovery as 'members and posts' that was the reason the site was bought!

Stop this insanity and refund Colleen immediately! The site is fake and worthless.!

She had no way of knowing about the fake stats until she got the files! You however did!

Exactly what Grim said Bill, now that you know, it's your duty to refund what is rightfully mine.

I am sure you have $150 to give me no matter what paypal does with the $150. You made an error in judgment selling this forum knowing nothing about it.

I have a lot more experience with scripts than you, that's clear. I know when a plugin is on or not once viewing it in the admin! I don't know how it can not appear as on to you, go to plugins and check "disable" to see what I mean!

I know exactly what I am talking about from the admin. I pulled the data from the SQL and the users are not fake they all have seperate Ip,s and emails. I can post it here as you own the website so give me permission and I will extract each and every user.

And no I do not keep money in paypal due to someone acessing the account. This what happen with your money as soon as it was sent someone used a virtual card and spent it online. I never seen a dime of it! Paypal is working on it...

But you did post a link to the forum, where potential buyers GO to see what they're buying, I looked it over and liked it!

It's like buying a wedding dress, I wouldn't buy the one I don't like! Had I seen the real stats, I would not have bought it! I was DUPED!

The license CANNOT be transfered as it's literally IN your account and would never be IN my account, I'd only have access to it in your account, hence, it's not transferred.

Letting me use your bathroom doesn't mean it's transferred to my house now does it?

You did not promise a number of posts, Colleen trusted you as a reputable seller to not be using a fake stats program to artificially inflate stats. Man you are so far off base, you are so out there that I'm sure anyone reading your reasonings are scratching their heads.

I can't wait to link to this thread from some bigger forums, to really show the WWW how low you are. I wonder just how many jobs this will end up costing you.

The site was purchased off the stats shown on the forum, Fake Stats you knew about inflated that amount! Jesus man what is so hard about admitting that and refunding for the site?!

Yeah 100+ are real! So what!? All the rest are gone cause a bunch were listed cause of the fake stat plugin, the rest were multiple accounts, the ip's showed this.

Arguing about this is a waste.

I know what I saw and what happened.

No one sold me the site to refer back to one of your comments. I invested in the website when someone was hosted at my web hosting company that I use to run. They contacted me about free web hosting in exchange for free advertising. I then helped them out with a little money and then a few months down the road they just vanished so I was left with the website. This is why it was posted here what nine months ago?

The site has 130 actual users and 3000 posts as seen in the sql. It deos not matter that the web site is not what you wanted it to be. The point is the web site was sold to you and all the files are in your hands.

Never did I once tell you anything about the website except what was listed in the original post. The RSS feeds are up for anyone to view including you.

It does not matter that you do not care about the themes! The themes are made by one of the best Vbulletin skin designers around. They are in your hands.

The website was not once advertised to be anything but the domain-vbulletin leased and themes.

You never asked any questions at all about the website and I never once said anything to you except where the admin login was,the ftp information,where the themes where located and that is about it.

When a website is sold or any kind of software there is usually a no refund policy because the files are already in your hands.
