the reason is, that we are starting a datacenter, and we want to provide web design for our clients with there hosting

Like i said, most people are template customers, but i has a a few hosting customers as many have been given to other companys but still has very good hosting potential.

Well, we currently have 3 designers and get some outside work done when we have too much work. Would us working for you mean you would take over mga-networks.co.uk and just work for it? or would you just employ us to design?

Not uncommon. Most people use designers as a third party.

I design sites for alot of clients who think the company they hired is actually designing their site but in reality I am designing it.

It is only when work load is too high. We will then edit the sites to make it look better or change things for the clients exact specification.
