This is a Cpanel Back up.. Im not sure what you mean by you have no way to upload it.. cPanel Restore works great if your server has no way to upload via FTP then how would I help you upload it?
You should not make offers on Items you cant do nothing with and after winning finding out that the shoe does not fit. Please in the future try it on first....
