The real estate website allows home buyers and renters to browse available properties for free. The property listings are detailed with property features, photos, agent information and driving directions linked to MapQuest. And of course, VIDEO VIDEO VIDEO listings!
Agents and home sellers can also list their properties for a fee. After a new real estate agent was registered, he/she is able to select and buy a package depending on how many offers they would like to post and for the length of time they would like to post them. Payment can be done via PayPal and registration is automated. The agent will receive a few emails - 10 days before his account will expire, 5 days, 1 day. 24 hours after his account expiration date, all his listings and his account will be deleted automatically. The agents are able to upload their banners too.

Detailed statistics are provided for each of them.

1. Admin can add/edit/delete listings
2. Admin can add/edit/delete unlimited categories and subcategories
3. Admin can add/edit/delete/approve agents
4. Mailing list manager - send emails, delete subscribers, message archive
5. Banner manager - view/delete banners
6. Manage the site settings - title, keywords, description, paypal email, Contact email, company address, agreement, add/edit/delete different priorities and prices.

Can you post a sample listing with the way the videos are attached? I am familar with that script you are using, but if you modified it to allow videos, I am definely interested as I have a realtor wanting something like this.

When someone puts a listing on the site they can put a link to their video as long as it is hosted somwhere,they can not just upload the video to the sites server without the admin allowing and doing it for them,

i will try to find a video somewhere and put a mock listing on the site for you

About Video. Your realtors (or you) can list properties with video. When you listing a property you will see a field called Video. It is there that you put the link to your Quicktime video which must be stored on your server or on any server (i.e.yoursite.com video.qtm). This links to that video and shows it on the front end of the website whenever someone want to view it. The video must be in Quicktime format. Individuals can link to their videos too wherever they store their videos so long as it’s on the web or on a server somewhere. Very easy, no programming involved, just a link to point to the video.
