Approx 200 uniques, although this is without promoting. The site is listed in all major search engines & has Google PR

Sale of brand name watches; prices are competitive with those at all major online watch retailers. Watches are shipped from a dropshipping wholesaler (no stocking of inventory). All supplier info will be passed on to the new owner.
6. Who develops content and administers the site and how much time does it require?
No "content" per-sey, but the new webmaster will need to make sure that the watch database is updated regurally (monthly), at minimum. This isnt a dificult task, as the shopping cart on the site has a full admin backend that makes it easy to update/add/edit/delete new prducts.
7. Reason for selling?
Baby on the way & need a bigger home, so we are liquidating all but our core sites.

Yes
