I have decided that due to other interests that I want to pursue that I will sell clanhut.com. This site is made for Counter-Strike players. With a focus on those with an interest in Counter-Strike clans (large audience). The site has some content and averages about 400 unique a month. These visits are entirely from word of mouth. With proper search engine submission and possible ad campaigns you stand to have a sizeable amount of visitors. While the forums at clanhut.com have recently been quiet, due to a lack of admin presence, they will be happy to come back when the site is ready (at least they have said).
The site was created in April and is currently using adbutler.com to serve ads. However, the current ads on the site do not generate income as they are for other sites that I have/do own. According to the adbulter.com stats, the banner ads have received a total of 5716 views in the last two months. A lot of these views come from the forums, which also have the ads. I have not pursued advertisers for this site, however I have experience with other Counter-Strike sites. In these experiences finding advertisers has not been very difficult.
Clanhut.com does have a newsletter, run with zinester.com. The # of subscribers is only 6 as it is the newest addition to the site. As far as providing content goes, you will find numerous people who are more than willing to help on Counter-Strike forums. The only catch is that at the end of the articles you’ll probably have to let them have a link. But, there is no need to pay for any content.
As far as the transfer, I am more than willing to help out and answer questions for you. I have already found someone that would more than likely be a great admin for the forums if you don’t want to deal with them. The forums are phpbb, which is free and easy to customize.
