Ok, let's have bids starting at $30,000 ( that's about my higest offer right now ).

I tough to ask $52000 because:
- the site is on autopilot, no need to mentain
- customers purchasing the software get the downloadable version imediattely, no admin intervention needed
- very rare technical support needed, and I provide it
- the site will sell this amount constantly without any new promotion for years
- with promotion, the revenue will continue to grow
- revenue is not fluctuating; is about $2000 - $2400 each month ( not like 900$ a month and 4,000 the next ), and can be seen as a minimum guaranteed to be made by the site.
- with some advertising and promotion for the software products the sales can increase substantially
- revenue is from a safe source, by selling proprietary products, not from adsense or other ppc where the site can be banned if haters do many clicks

The software is developed in Delphi, and it uses some components but all are free for comercial use.

Because I did not received offers that I was happy with two years ago, I did not sold the site.

However, because of some personal problems I need to turn some of my assets to cash, so am I considering to sell this site again.

The site has the same revenue and stats, except that is two years older.

I am lowering the starting price. I am open to suggestions, please make your offers ( over $20000 ) .
