The site isnt earning too much at the moment.
Revenue is generated by cycling commission junction banners throuh the exchange, commission junction ads on the homepage
There is also the option to have Google AdSense ads cycle through the exchange too

The script is by PHPWebScripts and is valued at US$99
The script puts everything that changes ie new banners, new members into a queue system. It takes only a couple of minutes to approve/delete user banners etc
