Hello, I'm selling my website Hits-Central.com. It has a couple of thousands members and a professional design. I was actually contacted by Bravenet(.com) when I launched the site, asking me if I wanted to advertise on their website (so it looks more professional than the most other similiar sites). 3. Age of site?
4. Approximate monthly page views and/or unique visitor?
5. How does site generate income? How much?
6. Who develops content and administers the site and how much time does it require?
7. Reason for selling?
8. Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner?
9. Does the site have an e-zine or newsletter? Number of subscribers?

Can you please answer those questions. Also, is there a way you could provide me access to your stats? Lastly, the site does not seem to be listed in Google?

You may want to fix a number of spelling and grammar mistakes on the hompage.

First, yes I know there are many grammar mistakes on the site (at least on the first page)! I have never had time (or energy to be honest) to correct them.

Anyway, the site is listed on Google, do a search on "rewarding hits exchange"..

However, the most important thing the buyer should know is that there are too many "points" in the program. This was a mistake I made as a beginner when I launched the site. I gave the first 1000 members 1000 free points (!). That's a million free points.. Today it's down to 100,000 points too much. And I calculate that it will take about 6 months until it reaches 0. Then the buyer (or me if no ones buy the site) could start selling points to make money.

Another thing I can say is that I have programmed the entire site myself, all code, scripts, and design as I sad. I have not bought a "hit exchnage" script or anything like that.
