I am selling these sites because I don't have time to take care of them and promote them, I find myself with almost 20 sites and there are just not enough hours in the day.

Both sites were developed and customized using a very powerful CMS called Xoops.

Tons of back-links already established (most through non reciprocal directory submissions). Both sites have a Google Page Rank of 3, with a little work they should hit PR 4 or 5 by the next update.

Online Radio and Satellite Radio have been huge topics and with a little daily work this site should become very popular quickly. I began incorporating a list of online web radio stations and that will make the site very sticky.
