I am considering selling ClickForDeals.net . The site features regularly posted articles on working with affiliate and pay per click programs to make money off the internet. Its been running in its current form for about a month.
A Google search for the name turns up 70 results. On Yahoo, there are 136 results.
Traffic predictions based on last weeks stats according to Sitemeter are for 845 page views this month and 360 visits. Click here for all traffic info
The site is making some money off of AdSense, at this pace enough to break even in its first month (the only cost is hosting, which would be cheap for a site like this).
In addition, the site comes with 4 original articles that have been syndicated by us and continue to bring in traffic. You would own all rights to these.
The site is incredibly easy to update (runs off a very simple content management system). I am selling because I need the time to focus on my current project (I have already sold off another site to help with this too).

The sale includes a hosting account paid though 9/3/2005. You can continue using it, or move right away to your own host.

Price Info: I have been asked what price range I am looking at, so I'll post that too. I am looking for offers of $xxx . The domain alone is pretty valuable and can be adapted to another purpose easily.
