I'll negotiate since it's basically a completed site that you could use as a template. Really, this could be turned into any kinda of site by simply changing the graphics and the nav bar links, but right now it's a comedy/art site where users submited artwork and that kind of stuff, though there haven't been many submissions since I never took the time to promote the site. Features:
-Fully setup Coranto news script, makes posting news and info extremely easy
-PHPBB forums fully setup
-Very nice design, easy on the eyes while allowing for a lot of content
-Script that shows titles of latest forum topics on the homepage
-Site can easily be changed into a site for something entirely different with only a small amount of effort
-Unique domain name that will not need renewing for about 6 or 8 months still (though it's very cheap since I got it through godaddy.com)
