I have not tried to make any money with the website. Buyer can make money by placing Google/contextual advertisements wherever he/she pleases, or use pop-ups/pop-unders as a revenue source. Buyer can also charge for service to webmasters/email site owners or normal users.
I have search engine optimized the site. I have not submitted it to any search engines or tried promoting it yet. It's a brand new site, with a great premium domain. Domain alone is worth mid $xx AT LEAST undeveloped!
