I'm selling PokerHandbook.net which is 2 months old right now. It isn't getting much traffic, but what it does get is from the link exchanges, a popunder exchange, plus every time a new post goes up blogging services are notified (the site is run on blogging software, although it may or may not look like a regular blog, this makes updating content really easy). Some of the content is already starting to appear in the search engines. Right now, it doesn't receive enough traffic to make money, but casino affiliate programs, cpm and cpc ad networks, and amazon should be a good combination of revenue sources.
The site requires as much time as it will take you to find / write new articles, but it has some syndicated content up now, to keep it fresh (the news and blog). Adding a forum would be a great source of content also. I am selling because I want to focus on my other site (see sig), plus other web design projects.
