I am considering selling my website due to personal financial reasons. The website is a webmaster resource website, with a average of 800+ unique hits a day. Since the release of the version 2 look the sites has grown and grown every day. It currently has a google pr of 3 and makes anything from $5 - $20 a day just on google ads. If banners were to be added then im sure more money could be made.
I will only consider selling this website for the right price. Ive been told with the website making the amount of money it does then its worth about $1800 but i would sell for around the $1500 mark.
However, if i dont get any reasonable offers then i will not sell as i would rather keep this website and keep expanding on it. If you are to buy the website i will still help around the website as im very keen on this project and wouldnt want to see it go down hill..
