I am look to sell www.MesotheliomaCancerGuide.com.
The site has a google page rank of 5 with all the internals have a PR4. The site had 577 uniques last month which is about average. This is without any marketing or pay per clicks.
The site is ranked 147 in google for "Mesothelioma Cancer Guide" as well as some decent other rankings. Site could do well if someone wanted to spend some time on some SEO.
We got this site when we bought another site as a package so we have not done anything with it. Not sure about the revenues becuase I just now changed over the google adsense to our account and set up channels so I will let you know how it turns about. Best guess is $20-$30 a month since the keywords pay well.
Bidding starts at $100 and the BIN is $500.
