How does the site generate income? How much?
Because this site was more fun for us it doesnt have really big income. About $20 a month of google ads.

I made the site myself. Updated the site myself/friend with new songs and information about Jlo.
What is the monthly cost of running the site?
At the moment hosting is 72EUR a YEAR so 6EUR a month.
Reason for selling?
We dont have much time left for the site. My friend (who helps me with this site) got a new job and doesnt have much time left. I am getting on to new projects.
