  1. Forgot to mention, the site is PR 4, link pop = in the 600's, se saturation is in the 200's.
  2. Your name? Marc
  3. URL(s) of site? www.eval-techs.org
  4. Age of site? aprox. 3 years old -
This site was developed for a network of sites. I no longer run any more than one site in the network, I will be selling it as well.
  1. Approximately monthly page views and/or unique visitors? aprox. 20k visits.
The site has about 20k visitors. The uniques are smaller but I don't have the stats right in front of me. This site has been advertised slowly but surely.
  1. How does the site generate income? How much? Yes. $100 monthly since Jan. 05
I have only begun to seriously seek income from this site. I have had Adsense on it, Clicksor and a couple of pop-up companies. These have all been traded off for text advertising. Since January this year, I have earned over $200 in just over 2 months. I will provide screenshot details of some transactions.
  1. Who develops content and administers the site? How much time does it require? Myself. Only the time buyer is willing to put.
The potential buyer only needs to put what ever time they are willing. I put aprox. 4 hours per week into submitting articles, gathering information, developing tools etc. As an extra, all articles written by myself and any other author on this site will be transfered as well. They will be yours to keep.
  1. What is the monthly cost of running the site? Hosting at $1.95 monthly.
I have had this site on one of my favorite hosts for over 3 years now. I have had 0 problems with their service, support or billing. Hosting was just renewed for another year in Feb. 2005.
  1. Reason for selling? Time constraints.
Along with several opportunities my business has ecrued, I would like to concentrate on my lifetime hobby, music. I simply want to get out of the website owning end of things.
  1. Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner? Yes.
I ask that only seriously interested parties inquire. I will be giving complete and total access to the server and files when a final purchase is made. Since there are several scripts and files that are involved, I want the new owner to have full access to those.
  1. Does the site have an ezine or newsletter? Number of subscribers? n/a
  2. What all does the site include? Everything.
Again, I want to get out of the site owning end and concentrate on other things. Upon complete transaction, buyer will have access to ALL files and scripts that make the site run. All articles currently published, and a few that I have not uploaded as yet.

As an extra, I had begun a new design for the site and added spots for large bannner and 125 banners. The pages that have been developed will also be zipped up as they have not been uploaded.
  1. Asking price for the site? $900
This is a firm price. I am only asking for a few months revenue so that I may get my butt in gear on other things.

This site also has a script shop on a subdomain. I will give that site and well over 25 meg of scripts as a bonus.
