How does the site generate income: Doesn't generate income, at the moment. I would assume it would be easy enough to enter an afflaite program with it.
Who develops content and administers the site: I do, and have done since the start of the project.
How much time does it require: At the start I'd assume it would take quite a bit of time to install more things onto the site, but after that it would just be general administrating tasks.
What is the monthly cost of running the site: None, apart from Hosting costs.
Reason for selling: Don't have the time or will to carry the project on.
Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner: With most things yes.
Does the site have an ezine or newsletter: No
What all does the site include: Vbulletin Leased licence, with untill August left (Mods will be contacted about what I need to verify it) Domain name, Hosting for two months. You wont gain rights to any of the 'hacks' that have been installed (Only one - Arcade).
Asking price for the site: After sensible offers.
