I developed and designed the site, no maintainence is really required accept upgrading vbulletin if you choose.

I spent around $24.95/month for hosting

I have run out of time to spend working on the site, due to my job and family.

I am more than happy to help with the transfer and setup of the site on a new server.

The site is capable of sending out a weekly/monthly newsletter and there are 1,300 subscribers.

The site includes everything on the webserver, including design, layouts, rights to the domain, vbulletin, etc.

I will set the starting bid at $2000

Lots of things don't make sense in your post

1. If the site makes 3-10k per month, why would anyone sell it for 2k!

2. Your stats are 2002-2003 - why would anyone post stats that old?

I'll offer you $200 because I like the piccie on the homepage!

Moreso, I'd like to see the receipts that you were actually paid that much for this very small forum community.

Unfortunatly, the stats program I am using for some reason will not display the recent stats, there is an error with my webhost that I need to fix. I apparently did not see that when I was making out this post. I apologize. As for the recipts of my sales, those are confidential of my company, and in the sites prime, it was averaging those figures. If you have any other questions about the site, feel free to pm me. Also, I am selling this site because I do not have the time to give it the attention it deserves. As you can see it needs some help with PR and marketing, and if you are interested in rebuilding those things, it will flurish as it has before. Because of this, I have decided that my previous figure listed above of $2000 may be a bit high, and would ask for the best offer to be accepted. So far an offer of $750 has been recieved.
