Approximately monthly page views and/or unique visitors? I just checked and as of 9:50 CST there is about 50(give or take a few) uniques for each month. If the site doesn't sell then I'll continue to advertise it and stuff and add more lyrics...
How does the site generate income? How much? I haven't put adsense on the site so I can't really answer this.
Who develops content and administers the site? How much time does it require? It is a lyric site so there is lyrics on the web and its basically copy-paste thing. It requires how ever much time you want to spend adding lyrics through the admin panel(wordpress)
What is the monthly cost of running the site? The only monthly cost you would have is your hosting. I'm on my free account on my host so the files will be transfered to you on purchasers.
Reason for selling? I really don't have the time to spend adding lyrics and advertising because my school work is getting hard and stuff.
Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner? I would be glad to help with the transition of the site.
Does the site have an ezine or newsletter? Number of subscribers? No, we don't have a newseletter or ezine.
What all does the site include? The site includes the following, Domain: LyricLadder.com - Registered via Namecheap(free push to your account). Logos: I have two transparent logos, one of which is currently on the current site. I will also give you the php coding I have. It is unfinished and it may not work. A Coded Layout(I'm going to be honest here and say: It uses tables and It does have minor issues(or it did when I used it for my site), mrv0g6.gif (GIF Image, 1000x1300 pixels).
Asking price for the site? I would like to at least break even for the amount of money I paid out for all my stuff and frankly, I don't care who gets it and what they do with it. Payment is via paypal. I would like at least $50, but make an offer and I'll consider all offers.
