I'm going to sell my website: http://www.ipgp.net .
The theme of the website is "Ip global positioning". Users can enter an IP address and get details and exact location, also, a map will show with the approximate location of that IP address.
All the info for IP addresses is stored in a big database,

With this website i will give you the IP database, it has 3 million entries, but i will do the work for you, i have the database in different versions: If you have access to the mysql directory, i can give you the file with all IP's and you will have to copy the files into that directory. If it is on shared hosting, i have the SQL queries sliced in 10 MB files, i can upload the files for you.
Also, i have written few articles about IP addresses, i will give you everything on the domain www.ipgp.net .

80% from search engines
5% from refferals
15% direct traffic.
