With this website i will give you the IP database, it has 3 million entries, but i will do the work for you, i have the database in different versions: If you have access to the mysql directory, i can give you the file with all IP's and you will have to copy the files into that directory. If it is on shared hosting, i have the SQL queries sliced in 10 MB files, i can upload the files for you.
