yers but ive also saw some really good websites on ebay go for $100.00- established websites with traffic that obviously had problems selling them and dropped the price
in my humble opinion, you will really struggle to see the site on ebay - i didnt get a lot of feedback when i listed my old site there - for every one guy selling their site theres another 199 not selling it there - and there are countless people selling 100 templates on a cd for like $3.00

this is a contridiction in terms - anyone who has had a popular site will tell you - if you use too much bandwidth, your host will inform you of it pronto and probably even charge you for it
i got chucked from my last host because the host was too high
also - as far as web design companies go this is not a very good one in my opinion
basically none of the sections are up with an ugly looking coming soon message - the only good thing i can say about it is that their forums are quite well skinned though the site is poor for a web design company imho and they say theres 5 staff there
maybe im being really cynical here but they really have to wake up and smell the coffee - if someone wants a site similar to that ill sell it to them for $20.00!! 
i understand the problem you have here Subjugation and i sympathise though i cannot stress how much they have ripped you off with this project
