basically, it depends on how much you earn from this site per month, how much work is involved in it, if your traffic is driven by paid links, banners, or it is natural, etc...

site like this is worth about 10 - 15 times of your monthly income from it, so do the math yourself

you can list it for sale here, on DP or sitepoint, I´m sure you´ll find a buyer. If you want to sell it quickly, 3-5 months income is more than great price for any buyer...
