Somehow I doubt if he's making $300 a month that he's going to sell the entire thing for $300-400. For a yearly income, thats $3600. Try a few more realistic bids, fellas.

and from adbrite alone 7-10$$ per day..

approx 2gb bandwidth daily..

Understanding around the price - (def) need site moved to my VPS (without downtime), basic tutoring around how the admin controls work, understanding how mods are renumerated, how the ads work be available for a period of 3 months to answer any questions/help advsie how traffic is generated. Price US$800 immediate payment and a further $300 at the end of the three months.

it is a PC forum with PC software , music, multimedia listing being a SECTION in it..
thats why we are not using GOOGLE adsense in the forums..
ONly adbrite and text link ads are being sold off.

lol, the fact that the warez are only avail in one section does not make it less of a warez site. So it is a warez site but you are only providing links, links to what? Newsgroups/usenet, paid warez sites, what?

Google says we cant have COPYRIGHT protected stuff pages diplaying GOOGLE ads so we dont use google ads..
and thats why we use only ADBRITE..
no Warez downloads are listed on our site..
