Just Curious, why do you want to sell?

if this site is indeed making $300 per month, surely you would be looking at offers around the $3600 mark.... if for nothing more than all your hard work you put into the construction and advertisement of this forurm... its not like you get 31k Members overnight.

so... why the quick sale?

Woah lads be careful. I would be very surprised if that website makes $300 a month.

The statistics look like they could very well be from this modification http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=117933 either that, or the bulk of activity comes from warez. If thats the case, I wouldn't touch it.
