WTB: Game website with adsense

Hi guys. I want to buy a website that related to games, arcade, etc. I would prefer the website that have an information about game development too. Could be a flash game website, game programming website or something like that.
If the website don't have an adsense, I need you to add it once I buy it. I don't have enough time to control it everyday, so I will need a service for web hosting, webmaster, admin maintenance etc too.

If you are going to pay somebody to design, customize, host, and admin your site (that's pretty much all of the work possible), then it's almost impossible for you to make a profit. Think about it, if they are doing all of the work, why wouldn't they just keep the adsense revenue for themselves? The only answer is that they're charging you more than the adsense is bringing in. Just my thoughts and I hope they might be useful for you.
