My name is Siim Einfeldt and I'm selling my unsigned music site http://www.ArtistBoost.com. It has around 330 registered bands with ca 650 uploaded songs. The domain was registered back in 2002. The site was down for some time, so currently minimum traffic, yet the even with pretty much no traffic there has been 6 new registrations in March. Bands are able to register and add their information and also upload their songs to the site. An example band profile can be found here - http://joshualanes.artistboost.com/.

The site has great potential, but as there's currently pretty much no traffic nor revenue, you really need to have interest towards this kind of stuff and you do need to see its value beyond the current non-existing numbers. It's a good site with developed back end.

Reason for selling - don't have much time to work with it plus I need some money.

because 1) the site wasn't worked with for a while 2) it was down couple of months, put it back online with new design couple of months ago and haven't done any promotion or link building since. Used to be PR3 though, but right now it doesn't matter.

will you do escrow? What is the script this is based on? What are the terms of the script license? Can you arrange admin access for me? I'd like a complete breakdown of all the scripts, modules, plugins, what ever the heck is used to make it run.

What magazine do you own that you can refer traffic over from?

yeah im very interested in this site too. could you please send me an email explaining everything about your websites including how you generate income on the site?? for example with people paying for premium subscription or adds? i was searching websites for sale and came across this thread.
