WTB: Established Sites Making $10 – $100 Monthly Google Adsense Revenue Only Websites

I am hoping to buy established Google Adsense only revenue sites. The websites must not be any of the following:-

1) No sites banned from adsense etc., no adult, prohibited or illegal content.

2) Must be established i.e. a minimum of three months or more.

3) I am looking to earn more money using this website in the long run using Google Adsense only

4) No Earnings is Fine as long as its PR2 or more.

5) Decent number of backlinks

6) The website(s) must not require me to attend to it daily, like posting an article or content. If possible the website(s) should do fine even if I choose to ignore it for a few weeks – without any substantial decrease in earnings.

7) Once I buy a site I may well change the design or simply improve it. Because of my limited time, I often find myself simply improving the site design and the SEO work.

8) I already have a hosting account, so the hosting will not be a problem.

9) Content must already be indexed by google (Preferred)

Please send proof of website traffic, revenue/profit, etc..

My payment terms are 6 - 10 months worth of its monthly Adsense revenue and (possibly) more depending on its potential and how I can improve it - I’ll know when I see it.

See my thread here and let me know if you're interested. Even though it used to be a blog, there's no updates required as the content ( well, most of it ) is never dying as it's educational. The clicks are worth quite much thanks to the topic. Traffic could be better, but considering not much work has been done the past....year then it's not bad. And the income is from adsense plus linkworth.com. And the site is PR3.
