Man I guess is looked after by the admins. Forums rules state the format in which websites for sale must be presented, hardly anyone follows it at all. Also rules state that your not to post looking to buy threads but they are here and alot of them.

I agree some of the posts dont follow the state rules, however if your looking to find the answers just ask. We have a great community here and most of the people who sell sites are rugulars and we know what there all about...
Any concerns before buying a site...ask plenty of questions and ask for proof also!
