I have a dating site that I am also selling domain name is almost 2 years old. I have no idea how to market to get memebers but I think with the name of the domain and the theme (dating/hooking up) it could be big. Smartpagerank.com gives it the below info

Just a note: Since I have about 9 sites under the unlimited domain hosting for hostgator you would have to move the site to another host/server. So you would only be paying whatever your hosting fees are plus what you spend on promoting.
For revenue you can sell banner space, adbrite, adense and many others.

Sorry if anyone was trying to look at the site before. I had it listedon sedo.com which requires you change to their name servers while it is listed. I figured it would be faster to sell it here so I change it back to the normal name servers so you could see what the site is supposed to look like.
