I want to try my luck at this time, I am still selling my site http://www.buymyscripts.net a website scripts and database store. All scripts included in the site are my own script.

The site is averaging $800 - $1000 month, last month january the site made $1480 , the site is averaging 70 unique a day. I have never paid any advertising to promote the site, I only used social bookmarking sites, social networking, directory, and webmaster forums.

The date is where the email should be, the ammount is where the date should be, there is no proof of earnings there it looks like it's been made in MS Access and pasted in.

Can you show definite proof of earnings ?

Why not use the 12 month rule and value it at around $12,000 - $13,000

That is actual earning of the site not pasted in anywhere else, you may test it by buying any of the item in the site even the lowest price and you will see that your transaction will record there right away.
