Due to urgent financial need, I have decided to sell my technology blog
The Credence.
The blog is all quality and have some of the most amazing posts like this one on
PHP Frameworks where core ruby on rails developer nate and madeam developer josh davey has commented.
You may like to spend 5 minutes to browse the site to realize the quality of the content it has. I have spent more than $500 alone on quality content (mostly ASP related). The rest has been written by me. (for example check the old pages of blog
like this one or
this one) and many php related articles/technology as well as wordpress reviews. The blog also get daily 3-5 comments which adds to its content and quality.
The Blog has around 200 Posts, All unique. Unfortunately it couldn't get enough traction when I was actively working on it and now I don't have time to work on it due to my other commitments.
Here is the Monthly Revenue Breakage of the site (for December)-
Adsense - $46 (see attached pic)
Kontera - $10 (see attached pic)
Widgetbucks – $5
Blog Post Sales – $20
--------------------------
Overall Monthly revenue - $80+
It also has google affilates like firefox browser from which it makes some cash (10 cent per install).
The domain is 2 years old and the blog is more than half year old. It Gets all organic traffic (see attached pic) and get around 18k uniques/month.
The blog can be developed as one of the premiere tech blog by someone who is willing to spend some cash or time on it. You can change theme to put something more lively there. For website brokers, I don't think there is much in it for them here.
The BIN for the site is $1500. I am selling the blog at breakeven point and I don't think I can reduce the BIN any further. This is a multi forum thread and I do reserve the rights to not to choose any seller under certain circumstances like too low bids.
Payment mode can be decided later, most likely it will be Paypal or escrow. If you have any questions than please feel free to PM me.
To kickstart the process, You can start the bidding from $100.
