==WHY I'M SELLING IT==
This site has reached its potential for me, but someone else may be able to take it further. I bought this site two months ago to own a 'premium games site' but later found I could only earn an income from ads on the site. I started a poll to see which members would be interested in an ad-free subscription, quite a lot of members voted 'Yes' but I could not implement it due to this requiring a lot of code modifications. I'm still making $100+ from the site, but I realize I will never be able to expand on this, and would rather re-invest in a project I can expand.
==OPPORTUNITY==
I got a few quotes from programmers to install such a 'subscription' member service and it was not worth my investment at the moment. If you have the programming skills to implement a members-only ad-free login you can make an extra monthly subscription in addition to the cash from advertising. I highly recommend doing this as you could make a potential $250-$350/month to start with and more as new members join. However just running ads on the site will still make a good amount per month.

Revenue Details:
I bought this site in November for $350 when it was generating $10-$15 per month on ads. Since then I have optimized this site and it is now making $100+ a month. I did this by utilizing more ad-spaces. Originally the site only had a single top banner, as you can now see, it has more ads integrated.

You could make more with any of the above but I split each of them into 1/4 of the ad-spaces so if you wanted to only use 1 ad program you could do so. You can also sell private ad spaces on this site easily because of the high traffic volume. VCMedia pays most with the highest up to $5/day, however if you ran Google ad-words on all the site spots you would still make a good revenue. I run Google ads on 2-3 spots and make just under $5 a week but if you ran them on all spots you should make much more than that.
Traffic Details:
Traffic comes from the in-house links exchange program and search engine queries. Links that send us the most traffic automatically go higher on the list, and we end up sending about 50-100 clicks on those links back per month. Optionally, you could charge for these links to make an extra prfit.
Other traffic is mostly from word-of-mouth. Since I had the site a lot of my friends joined. This is not a difficult site to promote, it's addictive and people love games. I bought the site in Nov and it had 40,000 unique visits at the end of the month. In Dec it had 50,000 unique visits and over 250,000 pageviews.
