I am considering to sell my music lyrics site with more than 400,000 lyrics included on it at more less than 500,000 pages. Currently there are already 87,000 pages index by google expecting 150,000 by the end of this month. I have promoted the site well, submitting to directories, social bookmarking sites, social networking sites and more.
There are more than 2000 unique a day traffic already, expecting to get 5000 unique a day by the end of this year. Earnings not much yet I can't monetized it well. But I guess great way to sell affiliate programs and other products, currently averaging $2 - $4.50 a day from adsense.

guys its the marketing effort that was sold primarily here you can have the script or database cheap but you cant get 2000 uniques daily cheap... specially if most uniques comes from search engines which means more time was placed into it... easy on the judgement ok..
