Anyone interested? The site is learning-to-invest.com, great domain, all original content, 50-100visitors/day, PR3, income $50 (70% of that) via linkworth.com, $15-$25 from adsense. Potential is great, just needs some more link partners and new content every once in a while. If someone is interested I could add a few investing related empty domains in the mix as well - learning-investing.com and investing911.com

Something I forgot to mention is that the site also includes simple CMS to add/edit content. Plus the forex system links you can see in the right side of the site - while there have been no sales, they do produce ca 150-230 clicks a month, thus this could be monetized a bit better.
