I'm selling my site http://zooomrlicio.us . This site basically started as a photoblog for the best images of zooomr.com (this is where the name is coming from), but then become a photoblog for the sexiest images hosted on flickr.com
The site has a PR 5 with many sub-sides having PR 4 and PR 3. This site has a stable 2,000+ visitors per day, about 250 RSS readers and a lot of indexed sites both on google and yahoo.
Here a few details:
PR: 5
RSS reader: > 250
UV/day: ~2,500/day
PV/day ~10,000/day
It takes me less then 5 minutes a day to post some new images, so there is virtually no work. I can explain the buyer how to post fast & quickly. Hosting is going to cost you less then 5US$/month, as you only host the script, but not the images them self!

REVENUE:
I used this site to experience different revenue partners, so therefore there are still a variety of different ad partners in use.
Basically, over the last month's I used mainly this 5 (in brackets you can find the average monthly revenue for each one):
- etology.com (120US$)
- exoclick.com (60US$)
- blacklabelads (I use them since 5 days, so I can't really say, at the moment I make about 5US$/day)
- fling.com (70US$)
- other / direct ad sells (between 50 to 150 US$)
TRAFFIC SOURCES
Traffic sources are:
- 40% images.google
- 35% other referring sites
- 18% direct traffic
- 7% other search engines
